He Fengming / Chronicle of a Chinese Woman is a Chinese documentary movie. Winter in China, an old woman walks slowly through a housing complex to her apartment. Inside, He Fengming settles into her armchair and her memories take us back to 1949, through 30 years of her life and of New China.
