Bad Family is a Korean comedy series. Na Rim, the youngest child of an affluent family, and her family are about to go on a family trip when an employee from the family company shows up who has apparently done something wrong. He begs for forgiveness but Na Rim’s father refuses. The family leaves but the employee (assistant CEO) follows in his own car, leading to a car accident where everyone in the car dies, except for Na Rim. Na Rim’s surviving uncle begins to suspect that the assistant CEO of the company is responsible for the death of his family, but the only one alive to tell what happened is Na Rim, who suffers from amnesia. In order to restore her memory, the uncle hires Oh Dal Gun, an ex-gangster, to create a ‘similar family’ for Na Rim. If Na Rim is happy then the chances of her getting her memory back are higher.

On that same night, she accidentally went into the men’s bathroom and cries in a stall, meeting a hotel owner’s son named Hyun Jin Hun, a somewhat callous fellow but sometimes considerate guy. By some freak coincidence, Jin Hun needs a baker for his restaurant Bon Appetit and Sam Soon is unemployed. There, she is hired as their restaurant’s cheif baker.
After a couple of days, she goes on a blind date and Jin Hun is also at the same place she is having her blind date. To annoy Sam Soon, Jin Hun ruin’s her blind date and Sam Soon gets mad. Sam Soon slowly falls in love with Jin Hun and gets even more intense when his ex-girlfriend Yoo Hee Kin (Jeong Ryeo Won) suddenly appears and ends up fighting for Jin Hun’s heart.
Palace- Princess Hours! is a Korean romantic comedy/drama. It became one of MBC’s most popular dramas of 2006, second only to Jumong. Due to the success of the first season, a second season has been produced. Goong 2 is currently being planned, and Goong S started its run on January 10, 2007.
Princess Hours sets in an alternate 21st-century reality where Korea possesses a royal family, this show revolves around the lives of the Crown Prince Lee Shin, and his new bride, Chae-kyeong. The depicted royal family in the show is modelled after the last royal family of Korea, which in reality reigned until the start of the Japanese Occupation in 1911 and was not reinstated after Japanese surrender in WW2.

Jumong is a Korea historical drama. Originally set to be 60, MBC has decided to extend it to 80 episodes due to its popularity. It portrays the life of Jumong, later King Dongmyeongseong, and founder of the Goguryeo Kingdom.
Jumong’s Summary: Gojoseon has fallen to the Han Empire of China. All that is left are separate city-states that have no choice but to appease the Han Empire. The Han are cruel, taking refugees prisoner and demonstrating their new iron weapons on them.
A legendary soldier named Hae Mo-su, joins hands with Geumwa, the crown prince of Buyeo, in order to counter Han savagery, creating the Da-Mul Gun, a band of soldiers who defended Wiman-Chosun refugees. Hae Mo-su gets injured after a skirmish against Han soldiers, and floats down a river, half alive.
